At its General Meeting conducted on 28 August 2004 at St Peter's Woodlands, the first Constitution of the Network was adopted.
The Constitution was revised at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 September 2005 and the Annual General Meeting on 17 August 2007. The most recent version was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 14 August 2009.
