At its General Meeting conducted on 28 August 2004 at St Peter's Woodlands, the first Constitution of the Network was adopted.
The Constitution was revised at the Annual General Meetings held on 17 September 2005, 17 August 2007, 14 August 2009 and 12 August 2011. The most recent version was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 12 August 2011.
